I feel as though because I am a woman I was taken advantage of because the extreme high cost of my services put me in a difficult situation. First of all GM suggests replacing parts after 100000 miles if they are not broken I asked for the wipers not to be replaced as I replaced them a month ago. The cost of the services of $4000 was exorbitant!! I will never return there for service again! I had an independent mechanic look over my bill and he totally agreed!!

Service department experience was very good. They take care of me all the time.

This was s service issue. The service person (Mark) was exceptional. The two issues were detailed on the work orders quickly and my car was repaired overnight. A third problem was found that will result in a substantial billing (>$7,000). Fortunately we had an extended warranty that will cover nearly all the expense. Mark coordinated discussions with the warranty folks and arranged for a loaner during the two day repair period. I'm very pleased with the service department and personnel.
